Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:

  • Greet customers in the dealership and the lot
  • Provide High level of customer satisfaction
  • Greet customers in the dealership and the lot
  • Perform Test drives: Present product information, pricing and incentives
  • Assist Customers with a vehicle selection and negotiate the purchase
  • Utilize dealership control and follow-up systems
  • Routinely follow-up with customers
  • Cross sell products
  • Answer sales calls, respond to internet inquiries, and cold call prospects when necessary
  • Meet daily phone calls and email quota
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, yearly sales goals and performance goals.

Qualifications/Requirements – Sales Consultant:

  • No Sales experience needed – we will train
  • Great customer service skills and time management
  • Great people person, upbeat and positive attitude
  • Reliable, Hardworking, Honest and Competitive
  • Be able to create and maintain exceptional relationships
  • Strong computer and phone skills
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent, College Degree a plus.
  • Self-starter and ability to be a great team player
  • We are confident we can teach you to be successful if you are a hard worker
  • Resume should be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration
  • Must pass pre-employment testing, including customary background check
