Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Architect to join our team. As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive solutions to multiple clients across various locations. Your primary role will involve analyzing client requirements, designing customized solutions, and implementing improvements to their existing Salesforce platform. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet business objectives and enhance user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements related to Salesforce implementation and customization.
- Design scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions tailored to the unique requirements of each client.
- Lead the implementation and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Customize Salesforce applications by configuring workflows, process automation, user interfaces, and data models.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and junior team members.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of client Salesforce environments to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce implementation and integration.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices to continuously improve solution offerings.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to provide status updates, gather requirements, and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce platform, with at least 2 years in an architect role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including configuration, customization, integration, and data management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically to design innovative solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel nationally and to the corporate office as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Voice, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Application Architect, or Certified System Architect.
- Experience working with various industries including but not limited to higher education, insurance, banking, and non-profit.
