Impact you will make

The Senior Events Specialist supports efforts to create meaningful customer touchpoints and grow brand awareness at industry tradeshows and events. This role reports to the Sr. Events Manager and is imperative to the execution of brand event standards to create valuable customer and colleague experiences.

What you will do

  • Plan and execute event and regional tradeshow presence to build brand awareness and educate customers
  • Review and coordinate exhibit and sponsorship contracts and signoffs
  • Coordinate all pre-event, onsite, and post-event logistics
  • Facilitate industry regional events and sponsorships to realize all benefits and measure impact
  • Lead event kickoffs, pre-event calls, and post-event debrief meetings with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with external vendors and in-house teams to design, set up, and dismantle trade show exhibits
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within marketing and with colleagues across sales and customer success teams for each event
  • Research the market and industry players to identify event-related opportunities and organizations for partnership
  • Formulate marketing events and channel-specific tactics in alignment with overall marketing programs
  • Support overall brand awareness initiatives, leveraging thought leadership insights and brand narrative to create consistent and meaningful event experiences
  • Collect and analyze data related to trade show performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Support event marketing budget and track costs efficiently
  • Stay current with trade show best practices and monitor and report on latest trends to support future growth and engagement
  • Report to the Senior Events Manager and work with additional key stakeholders to establish goals and objectives for each engagement
  • Support internal events like the National Sales Meeting or Field Kick-Off

What you will bring

  • 5+ years' experience managing all pre-event, on-site, and post-event logistics at in-person events and trade shows
  • Demonstrated success in corporate B2B event/tradeshow planning
  • Cross-departmental collaboration with sales team in planning events and trade shows
  • Proven communication, project management and organizational skills with heavy focus on logistics
  • Proven success organizing and analyzing data using Excel/Smartsheet and proficient in PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (marketing, communications, or a related discipline preferred)
  • Travel required: Up to 25%

  • Experience with Cvent
  • Certified Trade Show Marketer certification (CTSM)
