Position Overview:
This position assists with providing systems, reporting, training and technology onboarding support as part of Business Technology's operational excellence strategy. The incumbent analyzes and identifies user's business needs and focuses related training to core BT systems and tools such as end user hardware, mobile, laptop, iPad, Microsoft products, ServiceNow, collaboration tools, productivity tools, along with other enterprise applications in order to help team members maximize usage. Partners with Compeer's organizational Learning and Development team to ensure training processes and best practices are utilized and tools and adult learning principles are applied.

Essential Functions:

Conducts needs analysis to identify, define, and eva luate training needs.
Collaborates with BT leadership to determine and provide consistent ongoing technical training for team members.
Recommends, designs, develops, and delivers technical training programs and content based on the audience.
Creates relevant reading sources and instructional content, such as user guides, job aids and videos.
Develops training materials from vendor training, such as LinkedIn Learning, and adapt it to team member specific training.
Coordinates and conducts on-site, web-based, and classroom training sessions utilizing a wide variety of adult learning principles and techniques providing effective and quality training for both internal and external audiences.
Provides technology and systems training programs and onboarding tools to newly hired team members.
Collaborates with Compeer's Learning and Development team to identify and work with presenters on training content or creates training mat erials to facilitate and present training.

Minimum Qualifications & Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Associates degree in computer science, business administration, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technology or Learning and Development.
Solid knowledge of the latest methodologies of course development and instructional design.
Basic troubleshooting skills on PC and mobile endpoints.
Solid experience providing technical training for a variety of software applications and systems.
Strong knowledge and expertise in various BT domains, including but not limited to software applications, hardware, networks, cybersecurity, databases, and cloud computing.
Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
Ability to adapt training appro aches to cater to different learning styles and skill levels.
Solid experience with training evaluation methods and tools to measure the effectiveness of the training programs.
Ability to effectively communicate across the organization at different levels.
Demonstrated strong attention to detail, organization, and planning skills.
Solid content creation skills for virtual learning, including visual design.
Experience with coordinating the scheduling, reservation of resources and facilities for training related activities.
Skilled in developing and maintaining interpersonal relationships.
High level of integrity.
Strong problem solving, decision making and organizational skills.
Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) programs.
Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team s to achieve goals and represent the business.
Valid driver's license.
