MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree & 5+ years of experience
• Experience in the following:
  • Created Test Plans
  • Created Test Reports
  • Created Test Cases
  • Created Test Scripts
  • Reviewed and created requirements
  • Risk Management
  • System Integration Testing
  • Maintenance Testing
  • Performance Testing
  • Development Testing
  • Operational Testing
  • Hardware Testing
  • Security Testing
  • Process Improvement
  • Resolving Issues
• Must have and maintain a Security + certification

DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience managing large scale test events and test teams for a minimum of five years
• Experience coordinating test events
• Experience testing complex information technology enterprise-level system
• Worked in Defense Acquisition environment for new systems
• IBM Rational Products (Rational Quality Manager and Rational Team Concert)
• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certificate as a minimum
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (B.S. Information Systems, Information Security, Management, etc.)
• Background in systems engineering & integration with Windows, VMware and RHEL

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists the government TacMobile Test Director to execute and report on various levels of Test and Evaluation throughout the development of the TacMobile Increment 3 system as in accordance with Department of Defense Acquisition types of Test and Evaluation
  
• Provides and documents the various entrance and exit criteria concerning requirements, demonstrate technical, functional, and warfighting capability within Test Plans
• Provides comprehensive Test Reports with Risk Assessments when deficiencies have been documented
• Supports various reviews of test documentation from different agencies, such as OPTEVFOR and Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC)
• Manages testing and various testers to support testing
