Store Manager

Our staff is required to be involved in the sales and operation of XD Dark Ride. Our expectation is to offer a fun and safe experience for all of our guests. Remember, we sell FUN!

Each and every team member is expected to:

-Greet guests with a smile and friendly demeanor.

-“Sell” the ride, and up sell combo tickets, gift certificates and promotions.

-Work the front door to increase sales.

-Use script provided and memorize word for word.

-Operate the ride efficiently and safely per all guidelines.

-Keep the store clean and tidy as per established guidelines.

-Secure all cash/cash drawer.

-Perform all opening and closing duties, per established guidelines.

--Manager is responsible to ensure the above guidelines are followed, as well as:

-- Hiring and training new staff

-- Creating schedules to ensure the store is properly staffed

-- Processing payroll

-- Creating or distributing marketing materials

We prefer if the manager has past management experience, as well as some basic knowledge on troubleshooting technical problems.
