To ensure our spaces are always in top-notch condition, we're on the hunt for a talented Facility Technician who has a diverse skill set in all trades. If youre someone who can switch effortlessly between carpentry and plumbing, electrical repairs and HVAC, we want to hear from you!
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC.
2. Inspect machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
3. Diagnose malfunctions and determine a solution, whether through repair or replacement.
4. Assist in project management for facility improvements and renovations.
5. Ensure safety regulations and guidelines are always upheld.
6. Collaborate with the facility management team on prioritizing and scheduling tasks.
7. Provide emergency response for any sudden facility issues.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Facility Technician or in a similar role.
- Knowledgeable in various trades with the ability to handle a diverse set of challenges.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends or evening shifts when necessary.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be able to travel to all 5 MA locations
