Guest Experience Team Member

LakePoint is seeking individuals who want to play a key role in providing an excellent guest experience throughout Food & Beverage, Operations, and Facilities. Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Associate, Gate Attendant, Parking Attendant, Event Set Up, Food Runner, Janitorial Attendant, Facilities Janitorial, Cook, Court Attendant, and Field Maintenance.

  • Maintain premium guest experience.
  • Greet guests and complete transactions of ticketing or food orders
  • Ensuring each guests’ transaction are timely, accurate, and efficient
  • Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations
  • Cooking guest orders according to food health and safety standards
  • Proper storage and retrieval of food products
  • Sanitizing and cleaning of workstations, utensils, and facility
  • Responsibilities include performing day-to-day operations activities
  • Operate small to medium grounds crew equipment, rake, shovel, leaf blower, weed eater, pressure washing machine, etc.
  • Cleaning debris from grounds including but not limited to fields, courts, athlete/guest seating, parking lots, and pre-event areas.
  • Assisting with event set up and break down for events
  • Assisting with tenant and vendor coordination
  • Follow verbal and written instructions from superiors and ensures the timely and quality completion of those assigned tasks.
  • Ensure that company policies are enforced. Participate in company safety initiatives and develop robust action plans to address safety issues in the area of responsibility.
  • Professionally handle emergency situations and make sound judgment decisions.
  • Assist Guest Experience Supervisors and Managers, in day-to-day operations
  • Assisting other team members when needed
