location needs to hire REPAIR & MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS to inspect Recreational Vehicles, diagnose problems, and repair a variety of appliances, components, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, steering, brakes, etc. At least one year of RV Service Tech / Handyman experience is preferred. Responsibilities:
- Inspect Recreational Vehicle and diagnose problem(s)
- Provide estimate of time and parts needed for repair/maintenance
- Perform repairs/routine maintenance of RV's electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, steering, brakes, etc.
- Ensure completed work meets quality standards
- Maintain a safe and clean work area
Qualifications:
- Handyman, RV, Automotive repair/maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of RV/Campers or similar machinery
- RVIA certifications preferred
- A good work ethic and communication skills
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools
- Basic knowledge of AC system theory and testing is helpful
- Basic woodworking and cabinetry skills are helpful
- Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record is required
