The Director, Sustainability Solutions will manage pipeline to drive new revenue from sustainability solutions to existing Breakthrough clients. This role will be proactive in developing a deep understanding of Breakthrough's existing solutions and the competitive landscape to be able to effectively communicate our unique selling propositions. The Director is expected to lead client engagements and develop relationships with internal stakeholders to effectively drive opportunities in the pipeline.

This role could work in Green Bay, WI at our Breakthrough office or from a home office within the US.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manages existing Breakthrough client relationships and external leads to mine sales pipeline
  • While Sustainability Solutions will be the primary area of responsibility Director will also develop thorough understanding of Breakthrough's entire portfolio of client solutions
  • Share client insights in creation of enterprise sustainability roadmap
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key client accounts, client account managers and various other internal stakeholder to maintain activity levels and maintain robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Develop and maintain understanding of Logistics and Sustainability markets to stay abreast of relevant changes in the landscape
  • Attend training and development opportunities to expand industry knowledge base

  • Find A Better Way by championing continuous improvement and quality control efforts to identify opportunities to innovate and improve efficiency, accuracy, and standardization

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-15+ years' experience within logistics or technology industries in sales, account management or with a demonstrated ability to influence customers. Experience working in/with the transportation industry strongly preferred
  • Interest in Sustainability
  • Ability to effectively develop and maintain cross-functional relationships and responsibilities
  • Proficient in team communication with the need to be concise and professional
  • Exceptional at problem solving, takes ownership
  • Innovative and detail oriented
  • Salesforce knowledge/experience strongly preferred
