Draperies.com is a manufacturer of a hospitality products in the Cartersville, GA area looking for a Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for shipping, receiving, and inventory management as well as the leadership and training of all warehouse team members. Responsibilities for this Warehouse Manager include, but are not limited to:

• Manage operational activities to ensure and continuous improvement activities support the goals of the operation & improve the efficiency of workflow.

• Responsible for Cycle Counts, Research, Root Cause Analysis, Findings, and developing Solutions to improve the overall health of Warehouse Inventory

• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure receipts and shipments meet Company standards

• Responsibly for Annual Physical Inventory, coordination, execution, and process improvement

• Work with other Departments to improve Receiving Process

• Responsible for improving efficiencies in the materials workflow

• Work towards increasing the leadership capability of the team and professional growth

• Work with Operations & Finance regarding inventory adjustments/strategy

• Responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and overseeing safety compliance

• Supervise realignment activities to ensure maximum optimization of the facility

• Develop & Report KPIs for Receiving, Shipping & Inventory Departments

• Evaluate and implement the most efficient means of Shipping Based on Company Requirements

• Manage daily/weekly/monthly quality and productivity reporting

• Responsible for all departmental assets, equipment & supplies

• Operate forklift as needed.

To be considered for this Warehouse Asst. Manager position, you:

• Must have a High school diploma or equivalent

• Must have 3-5 years of similar warehouse experience

• Inventory Control, Inventory process & procedure

• Must have 2-3 years of personnel management experience.

• Attention to detail & proactive mindset personality is essential.

• Able to operate a forklift.
