Job Description
We are a commercial contracting business looking to hire a couple individuals who want to work in the Rio Grande Valley area with infrequent traveling. We focus primarily on r-panel roofing, general construction, building maintenance, concrete work, warehouse installation assembly and more. We normally operate at a 7:00am - 5:30pm schedule from Monday - Thursday, average 35-45 hours per week with occasional overtime, and provide all equipment, tools, and PPE.
You must understand basic English, work well in a team environment, adhere to industry safety standards, have a valid ID and reliable transportation. We are looking for people with previous construction experience in a variety of trades including, framing, drywall, concrete, grading, demolition, equipment installation, maintenance, etc. This includes experience using various power, hand, and measuring tools as well as an operator for any of the following: skid steer, boom lift, scissor lift, forklift, telehandler, etc.
We offer sick pay, vacation pay, on the job training, quarterly bonuses, and regular pay raises depending on your performance.
Minimum 5 years experience in the Construction industry.
