- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify physical and functional deficits, utilizing your expertise and clinical knowledge.

- Collaborate with the patient's physician and nursing staff to develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care that aligns with the patient's goals and facilitates their return to their desired level of function.

- Provide individualized treatment interventions, incorporating evidence-based techniques and utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities.

- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and ensure timely recovery.

- Educate patients and their families about the therapeutic process, empowering them to actively participate in their own rehabilitation.

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

- Stay up to date with advancements in physical therapy research, techniques, and technologies, continuously enhancing your clinical skills and knowledge.

- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.


Requirements:

- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

- Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of physical therapy principles and techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.

- Empathy and compassion to provide patient-centered care and support during the rehabilitation process.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle a diverse caseload and prioritize patient needs.
