What You'll Do:
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service.
- Monitor and enhance the dining experience, promptly addressing any guest requests or concerns.
- Continuously expand the menu and wine knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
- Manage cashiering duties, including closing checks and completing end-of-shift paperwork.
- Maintain ambiance by overseeing lighting, music, table settings, and food presentation.
- Support colleagues during busy periods and fulfill operational duties as needed.
- Train and mentor staff on guest service best practices.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 3 or more years of restaurant experience with 2 or more years of fine dining experience preferred.
- Proficiency of service and food & beverage operations.
- Proven expertise in front-of-house operations.
- Friendly and courteous demeanor toward guests.
- Displayed willingness to assist others throughout the shift and foster a team environment.
