· Assisting with Quote process, Quote Preparation, Quote Files
· Daily monitoring of Customer Online Portals for receipt of Quote and sending Quote Responses
· Create proposals, letters, and miscellaneous correspondence, as requested
· Answer sales calls and provide information/support as needed.
· Be responsible for customer communication, and managing certain customer accounts as requested
· Serve as customer advocate with GI manufacturing, engineering and shipping personnel to ensure
timely shipping of orders and/or communication of shipment delays before orders are late.
· Maintenance & Development of Word and Excel templates and Reports as required
· Research and generate correspondence to resolve customer issues.
· Maintain detailed files for various Sales and Customer documentation/communication.
· Other duties as requiredExcel Formulas, Customer service software, Customer Service, Customer experience, Inbound Telephone Calls, Customer Support
