Requirements:
- 18 years or older with High School Diploma or GED required
- Reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance & driver’s license
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move with clients to ensure their safety
Job Duties:
- Provide 1:1 therapy at our centers and in our client's homes under the supervision and guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Following client specific programs, behavior plans and other activities or procedures as outlined for each client.
- Complete all required clinical documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain client privacy in accordance with all HIPAA regulations & Gateway policies.
