Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform and/or monitor daily quality procedures related to all manufacturing and distribution operations
- Assist with building and maintaining all 3rd party feed safety programs and assist with audits as needed.
- Assist with lab duties as needed including filling in during lab employee PDO
- Perform routine training and teaching related to quality objectives
- Conduct routine quality checks for all manufacturing operations
- Investigate and perform necessary corrective action procedures related to any quality issues that arise
- Audit SOP/GMP procedures related to manufacturing and quality operations
- Collect ingredient and feed samples as necessary for internal and/or 3rd party laboratory analysis
- Assist with PM and calibrations for all equipment related the lab and other quality related equipment
- Assist with internal quality audits
- Oversee and routinely audit sanitation procedures conducted at Harbor Drive facility
- Perform other duties as assigned
