Server Assistant

Fine Dining Establishment: The Fort Steakhouse

Job Summary: The Server Assistant is responsible for supporting the waitstaff and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. This includes setting tables, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and assisting with any other needs that arise during service.

Responsibilities:

• Set tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, and dishes
• Refill drinks and bread baskets as needed
• Clear plates and reset tables for the next guests
• Assist waitstaff with any additional tasks as needed
• Ensure a clean and organized dining area
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely service

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
