This automotive remarketing position offers a base starting pay depending on experience and will be commission-based once your book of business is established (typically 3-4 months after your onboarding has started). This is a remote based position that requires you to travel to different customer locations and auto auctions in your vicinity. This position offers flexibility of schedule with no "clock in/out process and the company pays for relationship-building opportunities with the clients. WHAT DOES AN AUTOMOTIVE REMARKETING AGENT DO?

As an Automotive Remarketing Agent for Vehicle Fleet Services, you are a vital member of our team. Each day, you work to build a book of business by adding valuable B2B clients to our roster. You also work closely with auction personnel to strengthen relationships and ensure successful transactions for our clients.

In addition, you provide wholesale liquidation consulting to clients. With access to all national auction databases, you help our clients maximize their returns on vehicles that they need to liquidate at a wholesale level. As a people person and someone who is passionate about the auto industry, you enjoy building relationships with our clients and enjoy the fast pace of the auction atmosphere!

YOUR HOURS AS AN AUTOMOTIVE REMARKETING AGENT

In this automotive remarketing position, you work flexible full-time hours, depending on the season and workload. No weekend work will be needed or required unless you chose to make that a part of your weekly schedule!

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

To be successful in this automotive remarketing role, you'll need strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills. We're also looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced auction environment. You'll also need to have great interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a variety of personality types. To be considered for this role you must meet these preferred qualifications:

• 1 year Wholesale / Auto industry auction experience is required
• Knowledge of wholesaling, appraisal experience, auctions required
• Auto industry buyer experience would be a plus
