Join our dynamic Aerospace team in Phoenix, Arizona, as a CNC Machinist specializing in both Mill and Lathe operations. We are actively seeking motivated self-starters with a minimum of 3 years' experience in precision machining, specifically in the aerospace industry. 1st and 2nd shift both available.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform precision machining of critical aerospace hardware, including castings and forgings, spanning materials from aluminum to high nickel alloys.
  • Conduct setup and initial program validation for CNC machines.
  • Demonstrate expertise in inspecting and validating key features at CNC machines.
  • Collaborate with engineering, programming, and management for machining optimization and fixture design.
  • Apply strong knowledge of geometric tolerancing.
  • Set up and operate Vertical and Horizontal CNC Lathes with minimal supervision.
  • Utilize expert skills in precision measuring equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints supporting aerospace industries.
  • Prioritize workload effectively based on communication managers.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
  • Demonstrate excellent organization skills and effective written and verbal communication.
  • Exhibit a keen attention to detail.
  • Work as a positive team player.
  • Possess a competitive drive for achieving perfect quality.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC machining.
  • Expertise in precision machining of aerospace hardware, including various materials.
  • Proficient in setup and validation of CNC programs.
