C shift: Friday-Sunday 6am-6pm
Tasks:
- Implementation of the requirements of the QM and management by taking the company objective and the objective arising from the corporate mission statement into account.
- Maintenance and Continuous improvement of the QMS
- Provide support in the development of associates throughout the organization.
- Responsibility for work instructions.
- Coordination of the different areas of information flow, organizational structure, and teamwork.
- Quality responsibility, implementation of quality objectives, continuous improvement, realization of suggestions for improvement.
- Enforcement of the guidelines found in the QMHs.
- Adaptation of the QM system to the new circumstances or requirements.
- Teamwork with the remaining specialist departments.
- Cooperation with procedural changes
- Reporting to management and the central area of quality
- Responsible for the quality of the delivered products toward the customer for continuous improvement of the KSLP reputation.
- The implementation of the standard requirements in industry-typical measures
- Situation-appropriate application of QM tools (the right tool for the respective task)
- Prioritize and schedule related work assignments, ensure the continuous, on-going and improvement of manufacturing processes and methods while reducing costs and improving quality
- Break down and calculate capabilities of the machines being used for current and future production
- Identify equipment malfunctions, document, and suggest corrections
- Verify machines are producing at maximum levels.
- Identify problems and suggest corrections or improvements
- Support production to maintain processes, troubleshoot and resolve problems with the products, equipment or processes
- Participate on cross functional teams to address and resolve manufacturing problems with regard to continuous, on-going improvement of processes and methods to improved productivity and quality, while reducing costs
- Recommend sourcing of supplies, services, tools, and equipment from outside vendors
- Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
- Develop and implement plans to reduce scrap through engineering solutions
- Program CNC machines, generate new programs and test them as needed
Competences:

- Command of the creation of flow charts and process depictions
- Command of presentation techniques in correspondence with the target group, including spontaneous explanations of Quality contents and approaches
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as routings, layouts, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Rights:
- Enforcement of the guidelines stipulated in the QA manual with all consequences, e.g. shutting down of machines and facilities, introduction of additional or elimination of existing inspections
- Co-decision with the introduction or improvement of procedures with regard to quality management
- Authorized to author and verify controlled documents.
