Cobb County Toyota’s busy Collision Center needs to hire a Customer Service Representative, to perform administrative tasks to support our daily operations. Clerical, Office experience is preferred. Experience working in a collision center, auto body repair shop is helpful. We value our employees and invest in their success!

Responsibilities – Customer Service Rep:

  • Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Answer incoming calls, direct, or take messages. Distribute mail.
  • Schedule appointments, obtain customer and vehicle data for collision center estimators
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the Collision Center, Body Shop's daily operations
  • Assist with rental car
  • Use the highest standard in professionalism with customers, insurance representatives, vendors, and associates
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index rating comparable to that of the manufacturer or dealership average
  • Maintain work area in an orderly and clean manner 

 

Qualification/Requirements – Customer Service Rep: 

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Auto Body Shop, Collision Center CSR Admin experience is preferred
  • Administrative, clerical, office experience is preferred
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Good computer skills including Word, Excel, etc.
  • Valid driver's license

  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
