Saginaw or Pigeon, MI 2 FT Openings As a result of our recent growth, we are in need of an exceptional Social Worker Case Manager (Master's or Bachelor's prepared) to join our expanding team. Limited License in Social Work at a minimum required. Experience preferred in home care or long-term care. A&D Home Health Care's Waiver Program enables patients to remain in their own homes as opposed to residing in a nursing home. This position is primarily services the Saginaw, Bay and Midland counties Make a difference in a person's life; help them stay out of the nursing home. Immediate Full-time position available. Excellent benefit package, no on-call, no weekends or nights. Multi-county travel required.
