We are currently hiring an *Early Intervention Specialist (EIS)* to provide direct services to infants and toddlers, up to the age of 5 who are either at risk of a developmental delay or have a diagnosis. Services are provided in the home, school, L2L clinic and/or community. The EIS will teach language, communication, social skills and work closely with Behavior Analysts, Speech Pathologists and Occupation Therapists to collaborate on the development of the learners and families they serve.
*Responsibilities:*
* Follow documented treatment plans or protocols developed by the BCBA.
* Collaborate to create and implement program for clients
* Provide 1:1 Direct Therapy in a multidisciplinary program (including ABA!)
* Opportunity for supervision.
*REQUIREMENTS/Qualifications:*
* One (1) or more years' experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis _preferred._
* Bachelors Degree _preferred._
* Minimum 6 months experience as a behavior technician, instructional aide or paraprofessional.
