• Utilize software tools for data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting purposes.
• Review offers and quotations from subcontractors and vendors.
• Conduct risk analysis to mitigate potential project setbacks.
• Prepare and present detailed estimate reports to relevant stakeholders, including project managers and clients.
• Foster strong relationships with key vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers.
• Provide expert consultation on project planning, including schedules and manpower requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in estimation or a related role.
• Familiarity with financial principles and project management concepts.
• Proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis techniques, and estimation formulas.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and proficiency in IT tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and reliability.
• Outstanding organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction science, or a relevant field.
• Certification as a Professional Estimator (CPE) would be advantageous.
