Job Summary

This is a full-time position responsible for meeting with homeowners that were scheduled by our Appointment Setter Team. You will meet with these homeowners in their own home and provide education, consultancy, and urgency to help the homeowner make an inevitable decision an easy one as well. Consultants are expected to also put time into building a successful sales pipeline just as they are expected to maintain and close existing pipeline. This means that consultants will be expected to occasionally work alongside our Appointment Setter team to self-generate new business for themselves at the homeowner's doorstep.

Requirements

• In order to close in-home appointments, Consultants will need an Active HIS License with the CSLB
• 2+ years of Roofing/Remodeling/Solar experience. Without that experience, applications will be sent to the Hiring Manager in charge of Appointment Setter applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual is a plus!)
• Flexible availability for full-time work (40 Hours a week)
• Valid driver's license and reliable, personal transportation.
• Ability to be on your feet for hours at a time.
• Ability to meet with warm, company-generated homeowner leads in their home daily.
• Complete applicable classroom and field training (canvassing with experienced Salespeople)

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of an Outside Roofing Sales Consultant include:

• Conducting and closing Roofing Consultations with interested homeowners.
• Canvassing local neighborhoods to identify homeowners with faulty roofs.
• Offering free inspections and consultations to replace roofs at zero cost out-of-pocket.
• Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the process.
• Collaborating with seasoned consultants to schedule and close appointments efficiently.
