What it's like to be a Family Relationship Manager at Family Relationship Manager

You should also be able to assess risks and provide effective risk mitigation strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of families.

Developing and conducting one-on-one and group parent training sessions will be a critical aspect of this role, so strong facilitation and communication skills are a must. As you'll be working directly with families, the ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships is essential. You should also be comfortable traveling to different families' homes to conduct meetings and check-ins, so having reliable transportation is required.

At least 2 years of experience working with families in a human services setting is preferred to ensure you bring the necessary expertise to the role. If you're a problem solver passionate about supporting families, we want you on our team!

The knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field. *Required*
