As a Family Relationship Manager at 360 Human Services, your days will be filled with excitement and purpose! You'll be responsible for providing support and guidance to families in Victorville, CA, helping them navigate challenges and build stronger relationships. On a day-to-day basis, you'll be conducting assessments and developing personalized service plans to meet the unique needs of each family.

You'll also be implementing evidence-based interventions and monitoring progress through regular check-ins. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you'll collaborate with other professionals and community resources to ensure holistic care for families. Additionally, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

To be successful as a Family Relationship Manager at 360 Human Services, you'll need a unique blend of skills and experience. First and foremost, you'll need to be a smart and abundant thinker, always looking for innovative solutions to support families. You should also be able to assess risks and provide effective risk mitigation strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of families.

Developing and conducting one-on-one and group parent training sessions will be a critical aspect of this role, so strong facilitation and communication skills are a must. As you'll be working directly with families, the ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships is essential. You should also be comfortable traveling to different families' homes to conduct meetings and check-ins, so having reliable transportation is required.

At least 2 years of experience working with families in a human services setting is preferred to ensure you bring the necessary expertise to the role. If you're a problem solver passionate about supporting families, we want you on our team!

The knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field. *Required*
• Assessing risks and providing risk mitigation strategies.

• At least 2 years of experience working with families in a human services setting
