If you are interested in the Retail Parts Representative position you will:

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of in-house duties related to identifying parts needed for dealers and processing of retail parts sales orders
• Processes Retail Parts inquiries through the Parts e-mail inbox
• Check for accuracy and approves orders
• Answer calls and help ID parts for customers via phone. Email or drop ins.
• All follow up procedures are required to be handled within 24-hours
• Process RGA when needed
• Work to maintain a good relationship with the customers and fellow employees
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks
• Attend any training or opportunities related to maintain proficiency related to their job description
• Preform inventory duties
• Help fellow co workers

Education and Experience Needed:

• High School Diploma
• Attention to Detail
• Microsoft Office
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs efficiently
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Multitasking is a plus
• RV Parts or Manufacturing is a plus
• Office casual attire

Physical Demands:

• Position may require sitting for long periods of time
• Keyboarding
• Standing/Walking
