Retail Assistant Manager

Pay: $13.91/hour
Full-time: 35 - 40 hours/week

DUTIES:
- Assist Store Manager or Manager–in–Charge with specific duties as well as all other functions associated with operating a store.
- Daily store operations include sorting donations, pricing and displaying products, maintaining sales records, and processing clothing requisitions.
- Supervise employees.
- Ensure quality control standards.
- Complete required training with employees.
AVAILABILITY:
- Work all shifts including Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays
- Shifts vary based on store needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Ohio driver’s license and be able to meet driving standards.
- Employer conducts pre-employment drug screen, credit, and background check.
- Have the physical ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, twist, stoop, squat, and reach as required to complete the job. Be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
- Learn to fill Propane Tanks in select locations.
