The field of Automotive Sales is a lucrative career path with great opportunity for financial rewards.
As a Salesperson at Subaru of Gainesville, responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Satisfies the transportation needs of vehicle purchasers.
- Sells/leases and delivers required minimum units per month as designated by the dealership.
- Approaches, greets and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their needs and desires.
- Fully explains product performance, application and benefits to prospects.
- Describe all optional equipment, features and upgrades available for customer purchase.
- Offers test drivers to all prospects. Follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer prior to test drive.
- Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up system.
- Exhibits a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Subaru products including all features, benefits and warranties.
Requirements:
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred
- Correspond and possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services
- Meet and maintain sales goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity
- Maintain a professional and approachable appearance
- Exemplify exceptional customer service skills and exhibit a high level of customer satisfaction
