Compensation:

$100,000 annually

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  • Following up with leads and maintaining a specified level of conversion rate
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and a smooth transaction experience
Qualifications:
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Great communication and social skills
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Real estate salesperson license in the state of Michigan
