Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized educational plans tailored to the unique needs of students in the K-12 spectrum, including those with diverse learning requirements.
• Collaborate closely with fellow educators and educational professionals to create and execute individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Regularly assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies to promote academic development across different grade levels.
• Maintain transparent and constructive munication with parents and guardians, delivering frequent updates on student performance.
• Actively participate in IEP meetings, contributing to the creation of customized educational strategies.

Qualifications and Background:

• Possession of a valid Alabama State License as a Special Education Teacher is a prerequisite.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher, with the ability to cater to students in elementary, middle, and high school.
