Family Medicine Opportunity - Kuna, ID (Kuna Clinic)

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) - a physician led 500+ provider multispecialty group practice - is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to work full-time at its Kuna Clinic. The Kuna Clinic is located in a growing Boise suburb. Our team is dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of patients to include birth to end of life. This position does not include OB care or inpatient work.

Schedule: 4-4.5 days, 34 patient contact hours per week. (Flexible scheduling and reduced FTE available)

Call: 1:30, phone only with excellent triage service. 

We utilize EPIC EHR, and you can count on resources to ensure your days run smoothly and your patients receive the best care: 1:1 Medical Assistants, team nurses, population health support, referral resources and more.

Other services at this practice location include Urgent Care, and on-site digital x-ray and laboratory services.

Requirements for this opportunity include:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program
• Board certified or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment.
• Obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases.
• Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA.
