Job Description:
In an Inside Sales Representative position, you will contact company-generated leads using various outbound methods and work on closing those leads. You will expand the company through these efforts and provide strategic sales recommendations to meet new customers' needs.
We are looking for motivated sales representatives to join our Inside Sales team at our Corporate Office in Orem, UT.
*This is an in-office position only!*
Saela is looking to continue growing and expanding our team while creating long-term opportunities for growth and advancement. Saela strongly believes in promoting from within and mentoring all employees to help them reach their career goals.
Benefits:
Base pay $16 / hour plus uncapped commissions and bonuses!
Health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans available.
401K
Workout facility, locker rooms, NBA regulation-dize indoor basketball court, pool table, sauna, and more offered.
Variety of full-time, in-office schedules available between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday through Saturday (all Sundays off)
We offer sales incentives, such as swag, clothing, electronics, gift cards, and company-paid vacations!
We provided individualized training and 1:1's with department leaders to best help you continue growing in your role and provide you with opportunities for future advancements.
What to Expect:
You will receive inbound calls from company-generated leads and provide strategic recommendations. You will support and collaborate with potential customers to find solutions to their pest control needs and build value in Saela's services as well as follow up with leads as necessary using various platforms. You ill also receive weekly mentoring from senior sales representatives and managers to support you in developing your sales skills and achieving your career and personal goals.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills (required).
Phone sales and/or customer service experience (preferred).
Pest control knowledge and experience using FieldRoutes (bonus).
Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
