Material Acquisition Specialist job details include:

Salary: $75,000+/yr.

Schedule: 1st shift

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost/quality/reliability
• Develop and maintain supplier network
• Asses market conditions, identify industry trends, and global factors affecting material pricing
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers
• Develop and manage material budgets for construction projects

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of senior level buying experience
• Knowledge of construction material and experience with supply chain management
