First Community Credit Union is looking to hire a full-time Operations Coordinator for Member Services to grow and advance your career while assisting with new account processes.

Position Summary

Our goal is to provide telephone support to members and branch personnel for all inquiries related to deposit products and services; assist branch personnel with all teller function inquiries; assist with Individual Retirement Account (IRA) and Health Spending Account (HSA) programs; and maintain, coordinate and conduct technical deposit and teller training. Respond in a prompt, efficient and friendly manner ensuring adherence to legal requirements, policies and procedures. As an operations coordinator, you are goal-oriented and always learning and improving. You are a self-directed learner and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
