Role Title: Administrator/Project Coordinator
Location: Kansas City, MO (On-Site)
Duration: 3+ Months
Role Type: W2 Contract Engagement
Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Regulatory team as a Caseworks Regulatory Analyst I. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for various regulatory tasks, including data management, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
• Compile and analyze data to generate morning reports and provide insights to the team.
• Monitor and advance the status of data requests in a timely manner.
• Manage multiple email inboxes, ensuring prompt response and appropriate escalation of inquiries.
• Troubleshoot basic user functions within applications and provide support as needed.
• Perform ad hoc reporting and document management using designated tools and systems.
• Submit data requests through designated platforms such as MO-EFIS and KS-CoreShare.
• Organize and maintain electronic files related to submitted data requests by case.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong cognitive and critical thinking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective decision-making skills based on available information and established guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel (with intermediate abilities such as Pivot Tables, Sort/Filter), PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Teams, and WinZip.
• Experience with SharePoint or willingness to learn basic functionalities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with electronic file organization and management best practices.
• Willingness to learn new applications and adapt to changing technologies.
• Ability to monitor email correspondence, respond promptly, and escalate issues as necessary.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in a regulatory environment or related field is preferred but not required.
• Relevant certifications or training programs in data management or regulatory affairs are a plus.
