We are currently seeking a House Lead here at House of Pieces
House Leads are expected to be a leader for the team in their residential site. They will be the direct contact point for all other team members they lead.
As a House Lead you will be in charge of the following!
- Doctors’ Appointments
- Reporting Doctors Orders
- Meal Planning
- Grocery Shopping
- Spot Checks (Weekly)
- Monthly Drills (Fire and Tornado)
- Yearly Drill (Bomb)
- Assist with Community Event Planning
- Monthly House Team Meetings
- Monthly Paperwork Upkeep
- Training New Staff within the Home Setting
- Cover Shifts when Applicable
- Day Program Closures
- Sick Days
- Assisting with General Living Skills
- Personal Hygiene
- Administration of Medications
- General Household Chores
- Providing Direct Care for the Individual
- Reporting to Proper Channels of Management
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 18 years or older
- Own a personal vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Valid auto liability insurance
- Background check
- Drug screening
- Available to work: on call
- Has (or willing to open) a checking account for direct deposit
