Maintenance Technician

LAB Medical Manufacturing, Inc. ISO 13485 registered manufacturer of Orthopedic Medical Instruments has opening for: Maintenance Technician The Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping the machines running as efficiently as possible in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Comply with Company Safety Policies and Procedures Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to diagnose problems Knowledge of general repair, light carpentry, plumbing and electrical Knowledge and the proper use of machine shop equipment Troubleshoot problems to identify root cause and take appropriate corrective action Communicate status of equipment to operations and management personnel Responsible for preventive maintenance of all manufacturing equipment Recommends and improve PM Recommends critical spare parts needed to maintain equipment Documents completion of PM Implements and coordinates repair of process equipment Additional duties as assigned Trade school education, High school diploma or GED 3 years Maintenance/Mechanic Experience Valid Driver’s License Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills Proficient verbal and written English Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment Ability to bend, pull, stoop, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and reach to perform functions Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
