Data Entry: - Accurately input and update information into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems. - Ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies as needed. 2. Filing and Organization: - Organize and maintain physical and electronic files. - Implement filing systems to facilitate quick and easy retrieval of documents. 3. Communication: - Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. - Respond to emails and other correspondence promptly. - Relay messages to appropriate personnel. 4. Office Supplies Management: - Monitor and replenish office supplies as necessary. - Keep track of inventory and place orders when supplies are low. 5. Mail Handling: - Sort and distribute incoming mail. - Prepare outgoing mail, including packages and letters. 6.
