The Client Experience Associate help new and current Wealth Center customers feel comfortable while they're making significant financial decisions for their future.

As our Client Experience Associate you will:

  • Greet and assist customers who visit the Wealth Center for scheduled appointments and financial transactions
  • Promote the use of alternative delivery channels
  • Own the customer experience within the branch ensuring service excellence and timely resolution of service and operational issues
  • Ensure all branch activities comply with all applicable regulations, and policies
  • Be able to perform work you're proud of. You're playing a part in helping our customers with their financial needs in the next step in their life

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $44,400 and $66,600.

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Requirements

Youll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:

  • Minimum of 1 year of banking experience, including operations and customer service
  • Good communication, organizational, problem-solving skills
  • Customer centric
  • Ability to build relationships and identify opportunities to help clients
