Guest Services Agents

Gracious hospitality professionals needed for busy Guest Services desk. Full Time positions available.

Responsibilities:

• Greets, communicates, and closes guest service interactions using hotel standard verbiage.
• Provides prompt guest service assistance with respect to amenity requests, recommendations and reservations.
• Provides information to guests about the hotel and inside and outside services including, but not limited to hotel outlets hours and local attractions.
• Actively promotes hotel outlets and amenities.

Qualifications:

• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail
• Works cooperatively with all departments within the department and within the hotel.

The pay scale for this position is $21.75. This is the pay range for this position that the Hotel reasonably expects to pay.
