What You'll Do:
As our Superintendent, you will be the on-site leader, overseeing the daily operations of assigned projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating construction crews.
- Ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
- Coordinating subcontractors and material deliveries.
- Identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
- Maintaining clear communication with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to plans and specifications.
Who We Seek:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of construction methods and safety regulations.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Commitment to quality and exceeding client expectations.
- Experience with Construction software (Procore, Bluebeam a plus)
- Ability to manage projects as large as $15m (a plus)
