Registered Nurse

Caring Companion Caregivers is looking for an on-call Registered Nurse to help assist our wonderful clients and caregivers. 

We are an In-Home Care Agency that sends caregivers into clients home to help assist them in their day to day needs. We have a great team established and are looking to add a responsible, organized, hard working, and detail oriented RN to our team.

Some of the RN duties include, but are not limited to:

• Delegating caregivers on Medication Administration
• Delegating caregivers on all Nursing Services the client may need (insulin shots, wound care, etc.)
• Reassessing caregivers every 90's days to ensure they're providing the best care possible
• Participate in monthly Quality Improvement Team Meetings 
• Communicate with physicians/offices to obtain Doctor orders and Medication Lists
• Assessing clients and their care needs to help create their service plan
• Communicate and meet with family members and clients to help assess their needs

Qualifications: 

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must possess a current license and be in good standing with Oregon State Board of Nursing
• Must have a valid license and vehicle with insurance
• Must maintain a current CPR/First Aid card 
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills

This on-call RN job pay's $65 per hour.
