Job Description:

Our Wireless Sales Representative facilitates the sale of wireless devices, accessories, and services while working to build lasting relationships with guests in our location.

All members of our sales team participate in maintaining our storefront. This includes basic operations such as:

• Opening/Closing
• Inventory control
• Cash management
• Maintaining a clean and presentable sales floor and personal workspace
• Facilitate sales of cellular phones & wireless services
• Staying up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, etc.
• Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments, and filing the completed orders

Requirements:

• Meet monthly sales quotas
• Complete Verizon/Wireless Zone training and continuing education courses
• Utilize company-provided sales leads to generate sales growth
• Provide an elevated customer service experience

Compensation:

• Base pay plus uncapped commission structure available
