Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines ( Mills & Lathes ) to perform machining operations according to blueprints, engineering drawings, and program specifications
- Program CNC machines using Fusion Pro and Inventor PRo software and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation (Drawing and programming through these softwares can be learned if you are used to a different software)
- Fabricate parts by interpreting and following work orders, blueprints, and engineering specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired results
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in programming and operating CNC machines, preferably with experience using Miltronics and Haas Machines
- Strong knowledge of machining principles, tooling, and cutting parameters
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

Skills:
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and measuring instruments
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
