In this position, you'll be leveraging your vast expertise and experience in manual machining operation and setup. Operating manual milling and/or boring machines to create parts that meet specified requirements will be a significant part of your role. Your expert skills will allow you to handle complex tasks with minimal supervision, adding notable value to our distinguished engineering narratives. At Circor, we offer more than just a job. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manual milling and/or boring machines with unmatched precision to create parts that meet specific requirements.
• Apply your seasoned expertise in the setup and operation of these machines.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure they are in top-notch working order and prepared for use.
• Deploy your wealth of experience to handle multifaceted tasks with minimal supervision.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues that emerge during the machining process. Impart your knowledge and skills to nurture junior machinists.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in manual machining and setup.
• Expertise in operating manual milling and/or boring machines.
• US Citizenship is required for DOD obligations.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; an emphasis in machining would be a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• The ability to work as an effective member of a team and independently.
  

Salary:

$36.54/hr - plus 15% for 2nd shift, plus 20% for 3rd shift
