The menus offered are tailored to meals enjoyed throughout the day, allowing diners to enjoy egg specialties and coffee in the morning, refreshing cocktails and savory pancakes at brunch, and a variety of delicious salads, sandwiches and soups at lunch.

Your job is to create an exceptional dining experience and develop moments for the guest to cherish and take with them through your work! You will wash dishes, clean, prep quickly and efficiently. Help the cooks and servers by providing the cleanest dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and silverware!!

Only one shift, no dinners! Hours are 7 am till 3 pm. You're out most days by 4pm to spend with your family for dinner every night and on weekends!

Must be able to work in a very busy, fast pace, high energy atmosphere and work the early morning hours. You'll be on your feet all day for up to 10 hours.

Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

Must be 21 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Refers to Daily Schedule for shift responsibilities.
2. Responsible for providing leadership, coaching, and direction to Waitstaff.
3. At beginning of shift, perform walk thru inspection of the dining room to ensure areas are correctly set up for service.
4. Prepares Floor Map and Waiter/Waitress listing and obtains approval from Management before posting. Directs Waitstaff to preview the Floor Map & Waiter/Waitress Listing for station assignment, pre-shift prep assignments and post-shift clean-up assignments.
5. During game time, continual travel thru out the dining room to ensure total guest satisfaction.
6. Assist with the transition to the mid-shift (if applicable). Assists in breaking employees as directed by the manager on duty, re-assigning stations as needed to completely cover dining room during break periods.
7. Greets guests in a timely and friendly manner.
8. Fulfils guest needs and assists with special requests. Checks frequently with tables to ensure excellence in food and service.
9. Handles guest concerns and complaints properly and in a calm, professional manner using LAST (Listen, Apologize, Solve, and Thank) approach.
10. Ensures that our guest have a great dining experience every time they visit by following the GOLDEN Rules of service:
G Greet guests immediately with a SMILE!
O Offer suggestions and assistance to our guests
L Leave a great impression on your guests
D Deliver food that is hot, fresh and delicious
E Ensure that everything is clean and organized
N Never leave a guest unhappy-Do what it takes to make it right!
11. Communicates with Management on any guest comments on complaints.
12. Ensures 30 minutes Bathroom cleaning procedures are being performed.
13. Responsible for monitoring and ensuring Waitstaff compliance with all company procedures and guidelines.
14. Monitors shift close-out by Waitstaff & checks all server stations using the close-out checklist.
15. Effectively communicates product, equipment, or operational issues to Management in a timely manner.
16. Washes hands frequently
17. Assist Management in any way that is conducive to the efficient operation of the cafe
18. Follows Daily Departmental Closing Procedures and checks with Management before leaving.
