Yard Maintenance

Swiderski Equipment, one of Wisconsin’s premier and long-established agriculture and construction equipment dealerships, is seeking a full-time Yard/Facilities Maintenance. We are interested in enthusiastic, self-driven individuals to join our team. The maintenance/facilities/yard position performs a variety of tasks to help ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently and helps to provide a positive customer experience. This position works outdoors a majority of time through all seasons and requires consistent moving, lifting and climbing. This individual works especially closely with the store management, service department and sales team to ensure equipment is displayed properly and ready for sale, and the facilities are well-maintained.

What You’ll Do

• Receive deliveries
• Load and unload equipment safely using forklift and other equipment as needed
• Maintaining facility appearance by performing landscaping duties such as snow removal, mowing and lawn care
• Position and neatly organize equipment for display
• General housekeeping
• Day to day responsibilities could vary with new responsibilities introduced often and will require someone who is organized and able to complete long-term projects while simultaneously solving day to day problems.
• Complete work in a safe, professional and timely manner

• Ability to take direction and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work extended hours during the week and on weekends

*Prior experience with agriculture or heavy equipment is highly desired.  Ag background is also a plus. Salary commensurate with experience.
