Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join the team at Ellis & Parrish Overhead Doors in Van Alstyne, TX. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business, leading the staff to ensure customer satisfaction, scheduling jobs, maintaining inventory levels, and developing strategies for growth. The successful candidate will possess both excellent people management skills and knowledge of overhead door industry best practices. $50,000 - $75,000 yearly

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the business to ensure quality and efficiency
• Monitor and analyze operational performance and suggest improvements
• Develop and implement business strategies to ensure productivity and profitability
• Monitor inventory levels to anticipate and order supplies as needed
• Maintain and enforce compliance with safety regulations and procedures

• Proven track record of successful leadership and management experience in the service industry.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to develop and execute strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining high-quality service standards and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Ability to optimize operational processes, streamline workflows, and manage resources efficiently.
• Skilled in recruiting, training, and motivating a diverse team to deliver outstanding service performance.
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
